During the Occupy Wall Street gathering occupiers George Ripley and Fred Mauney known as THE PHOENIX had the only 2 messages to the world allowed on the block; that George and Fred showed up at Zuccotti Park 3 days after the New York City's police departments infamous raid and passed muster.  It took the NYPD by surprise! The Occupy Wall Street movement that had gathered at Zuccotti Park during the week of November 15, 2011 with their tents, books from Occupy Wall Street’s free library (of course cause you have to go for the books) along with other belongings were forcibly moved into NYC Department of Sanitation trucks after the police forcible shut down the public event shortly after being told. This was on the order by the imperial 3 term mayor, Michael Bloomberg, saying the forcible eviction was his call and the protesters could return without the tents. “New York City is the city where you can come and express yourself,” the mayor said. While there were many arrests made and confiscation of the occupier’s property the only protesters left standing and unmolested by the gestapo like anti-freedom tactics under the 1%’s supervision was George Ripley and THE PHOENIX, Fred Mauney and his Banner Buggies - The First Amendment Machine©™. And now Occupy Charlotte is going to use them to test the legitimacy of City of Charlotte new “illegal” city ordinance prohibiting your 1st amendment rights in the name of Obama nomination and the DNC Convention this September.
